This is NOT an artists fictitious interpretation of the design. This process is first and foremost a design aid and is considered part of the design and development phase. Essentially a 3D blueprint showing exact built construction scenerios. Most importantly a visual realization of the structure enabling clients to make critical decisions before construction even starts. As you will see in the selected examples shown the models can be "spruced up" to take on an artistic form...........best of both worlds.

Whats the difference

The difference between our models and what a typical 3D rendering firm is that we are designers first with a vast knowledge of construction materials and principles. A 1x3 drip edge at the soffit is modeled in real world dimensions, 3/4" x 2 1/2" for example. Also, our 3D models are of the entire structure with unlimited viewing possibilities from every angle and scale. Most companies that provide digital rendering services only detail and model the view to be rendered and only provide 2 or 3 images. If you want to see the rear or other views you will be charged additional fees because those views in fact do not exist.
